BRAHMATAL TREK

Day: 1

• Reporting at Haridwar Junction/Rishikesh
• Fresh up and travel towards lohajung.
• Night stay will be at Lohajung.
• Food (Dinner)

Day: 2

• Treking start From lohajungTo Bekaltal ( 6 km trek 6-8 hr ).
• Night stay will be at Bekaltal base camp.
• Food (Breakfast, Lunch, Hi-tea, Dinner)

Day: 3

• Trek From Bekaltal To Brahmatal ( 7 km trek 6-8 hr ).
• Night stay will be at Brahmatal base camp.
• Food (Breakfast, Lunch, Hi-tea, Dinner)

Day: 4

• Trek to brahmatal Summit (12250 ft).
• Trek down towards at Daldum base camp. ( 6 km trek 4 hr ).
• Night Stay will be at Daldum campsite.
• Food (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day: 5

• Trek from Daldum campsite to Lohajung ( 3 km trek 2-3 hr ).
• Backpack and Return travel towards Haridwar (Night Journey)
• Food (Breakfast + Lunch)

• Transportation from Vadodara/Ahmedabad to Delhi/Haridwar by Train | Delhi to Haridwar by Train and Haridwar to Lohajung by Local vehicle. (Bolero/TempoTraveler/Car)
• FOOD - Campsite to Campsite (Breakfast | Lunch | Hi-Tea | Dinner) Hygienic & healthy Vegetarian food will be provide.
• ACCOMMODATION - Stay will be provided in ‘Homestay/Hotel’ or ‘Tent during Trek’ on sharing basis.(non ac room)
• INSTRUCTOR - Skilled and experienced instructors.
• EQUIPMENT - Camping Tent | Sleeping bags | Sleeping mattress | Dinning tent | Toilet tent | Micro spikes & Gaiters.
• FOREST ENTRY - Forest permit & Camping charges.
• Basic First-Aid Support.

• Food during Travel and Sightseeing.
• Local transportation cost. (Delhi | Haridwar | Rishikesh)
• Adventure Activities Expenses/Charges.
• Sightseeing Entry Fees if any.

• Jacket or Sweater Winter wear. (-5 degree temperature)
• 50-70 Ltr trekking bag pack (with rain cover) + 15 Ltr bag.(Required only for during trek)
• 2 pair of thermal wear.
• 4 pair of woolen socks - woolen gloves and woolen Cap.
• Dark Sunglass (with uv protection if have)
• Winter cream lotion and sun screen lotion.
• Snacks | Chocolate and ORS powder.
• Blanket & Bed sheet.
• Sports/Trekking shoes with good rubber grip.
• Must carry any original id proof. (Don't take color copy) & 3 Xerox.
• 01 thermo steel water bottle for hot water.
• We have medical kit during trek but although medical kit if have any special problem/disease.
• Plastic bags for wet clothes and Toilet paper.
• Torch + Camera + power bank.

• This is not a leisure tour it's a trekking camp so we expect a little bit of discipline.
• Participants will have to follow the rules and regulation given by the trek leader.
• Alcohol smoking tobacco and abusive language are strictly prohibited in campsite area and trekking route.
• In case of unforeseen conditions the schedule can be change or it can be modify if the expense is increase then participants will be paid extra amount decided by the Peakhikers team.
• The final decision taken by the trek leader and office authorities.
• Any activity will happen like accident than our team will not be responsible.
• The sufficient participant are not register then the camp are cancelled.The camp are cancelled then the participant change their dates or change their camp.

• CANCELLATION POLLCY
• Cancellation would be given by the Peak hiker's office on receiving cancellation request through registered mail ID only. The cancellation Amount will be counted on total fees only. The refund amount will be paid in 10 to 15 working days through an AC payee cheque. This cancellation policy explains how we handle participant's returns. Peak hikers India will make every effort to refer refund requests to you . If you are cancel the registration on any camp then your.

• Registration amount are 50% or not refundable
• If you are cancel your registration before 20 days then we are giving 25 % refund on total amount.
• If you are cancel your registration before 5 to 19 days then we are giving 10 % refund on total amount.
• If you are cancel your registration before 0 to 4 days then we are giving no refund.
• If you are cancel your trek / trip and then again you want to come in the trek / trip so your registration process start from the first.
• Your seat are not transfer to the another personal.
