BRAHMATAL TREK

Day: 1

• Reporting Place: According to train tickets.
• Reporting Time: According to train tickets.
• Day and night journey start for Haridwar / Rishikesh.

Day: 2

• Continue Train Journey.
• Day & Night Train travel towards Haridwar / Rishikesh.

Day: 3

• Reach at Haridwar / Rishikesh, Check in at the hotel. (Check in Time: 11:00 AM).
• Free time for Haridwar / Rishikesh sightseeing at own cost.
• Night stay will be at Haridwar / Rishikesh.

Day: 4

• Wake up early in the morning.
• Depart for Lohajung from Haridwar / Rishikesh via Dehradun. (Travel by Bus / Traveler / Bolero)
• Reach Lohajung base by evening and check in to the hotel/cottage.
• Free time to take rental trekking gears at market. (at own cost).
• Night stay will be at Lohajung.
• Food: (Dinner).

Day: 5

• Trekking starts from Lohajung To Bekaltal.
• On arrival at the campsite, Enjoy lunch and then tent allotment.
• After lunch, you will have free time to explore Bekaltal and the surrounding nature.
• Overnight stay at Bekaltal.
• Food: (Breakfast | Lunch | Hi-tea | Dinner).

Day: 6

• Early morning wake up and freshen up. Do some physical exercise.
• Trek From Bekaltal To Brahmatal Base camp.
• Night stay will be at Brahmatal Base.
• Food: (Breakfast | Lunch | Hi-Tea | Dinner).

Day: 7

• Mid-Night wake up, Take breakfast and Trek start to Brahmatal Summit (12250ft). Enjoy mesmerizing view.
• Trek down towards at Daldum base camp. ( 6km trek, 4hr ).
• Night stay will be at Daldum campsite.
• Food: (Breakfast | Lunch | Dinner).

Day: 8

• Trek from Daldum campsite to Lohajung ( 3km trek, 2-3hr ).
• Backpack and Return travel towards Haridwar (Night Journey).
• Late night drop at Rishikesh/Haridwar.
• Night stay will be at Haridwar / Rishikesh.
• Food (Breakfast + Lunch).

Day: 9

• Explore Haridwar / Rishikesh.
• Night stay will be at Haridwar / Rishikesh.
• Food: (No Food).

Day: 10

• Early morning check-out from the hotel and proceed to the railway station for your scheduled train.
• Overnight Journey.

Day: 11

• Reach at home town leaving behind unforgettable memories and a bunch of photos.

• Transportation from Vadodara/Ahmedabad to Delhi/Haridwar by Train | Delhi to Haridwar by Train and Haridwar to Lohajung by Local vehicle. (Bolero/TempoTraveler/Car)
• FOOD - Campsite to Campsite (Breakfast | Lunch | Hi-Tea | Dinner) Hygienic & healthy Vegetarian food will be provide.
• ACCOMMODATION - Stay will be provided in ‘Homestay/Hotel’ or ‘Tent during Trek’ on sharing basis.(non ac room)
• INSTRUCTOR - Skilled and experienced instructors.
• EQUIPMENT - Camping Tent | Sleeping bags | Sleeping mattress | Dinning tent | Toilet tent | Micro spikes & Gaiters.
• FOREST ENTRY - Forest permit & Camping charges.
• Basic First-Aid Support.

• Food during Travel and Sightseeing.
• Local transportation cost. (Delhi | Haridwar | Rishikesh)

• Jacket or Sweater Winter wear. (-5 degree temperature)
• 50-70 Ltr trekking bag pack (with rain cover) + 15 Ltr bag.(Required only for during trek)
• 2 pair of thermal wear.
• 4 pair of woolen socks - woolen gloves and woolen Cap.
• Dark Sunglass (with uv protection if have)
• Winter cream lotion and sun screen lotion.
• Snacks | Chocolate and ORS powder.
• Blanket & Bed sheet.
• Sports/Trekking shoes with good rubber grip.
• Must carry any original id proof. (Don't take color copy) & 3 Xerox.
• 01 thermo steel water bottle for hot water.
• Any Prescribed or special medications.
• Plastic bags for wet clothes and Toilet paper.
• Torch + Camera + power bank.

• This is not a leisure tour it's a trekking camp so we expect a little bit of discipline.
• Participants will have to follow the rules and regulation given by the trek leader.
• Alcohol | Smoking | Tobacco and Abusive language are strictly prohibited in Hotel/Campsite area and travel route.
• In case of unforeseen conditions the schedule can be changed or it can be modified, if the expense is increased then participants will have to pay an extra amount decided by the Peakhikers team.
• The final decision will be taken by the leader and office authorities.
• If any activity like accident happens than our team will not be responsible.
• If sufficient participants are not registered then the camp will be cancelled. If the camp is cancelled then the participant can change their dates or their camp.

• Please read Our PDF/website carefully.
• Volunteer/Instructor information will be given to you 12 hours before camp. Trek leader will meet you at the Base Camp.
• Please submit the application form to the Sankri/Kotgaon Base Camp.
• Please complete your full payment before 3 Days of the camp.
• Please check your “Train Tickets” in advance if there is any mistake immediately call the office after that we will not be responsible.
• CANCELLATION POLICY
• Cancellation requests will be accepted only via registered email sent to the Peakhiker’s office. The cancellation amount will be calculated based on the total fees only. Refunds will be processed within 10 to 15 working days via an account payee cheque. Peakhiker India will make every effort to process refunds, if applicable. This policy outlines how participant refunds are managed. If you cancel your registration for any camp, the following refund rules apply :
• REFUND RULES :
• Registration amount are non refundable
• If you cancel your registration before 20 days then we are giving 25 % refund on total amount.
• If you cancel your registration before 5 to 19 days then we are giving 10 % refund on total amount.
• If you cancel your registration before 0 to 4 days then we are giving no refund.
• If you cancel your trek/trip and later decide to rejoin, you must complete the registration process from the beginning.
• Seats are non-transferable to another person.
