KASOL ADVENTURE CAMP

Day: 1

• Travelling from Vadodara by ST Bus from Central Bus Depot.
• Reporting at Gandhinagar(GNC) Railway Junction (Reporting Time 10:30 AM)
• Train journey start from Gandhinagar to Pathankot.

Day: 2

• Arrival at Pathankot - Participants will reach Pathankot by afternoon.
• Participants will have some free time to explore the Pathankot market.
• By Evening we will departure for Manali having an overnight journey.

Day: 3

• Early morning arrive at Kasol Campsite. Tent allotment (Time: After 10:00 AM) and brief about our camp.
• Free day of Sightseeing and Explore Kasol. Visit Kasol market | Manikaran Sahib Gurudwara | Cafes and Beauty of Parvati Valley. Take dinner and Good night.

Day: 4

• Wake up early in the morning Have breakfast Go for Chalal Trek.
• The trek offers panoramic views of the surrounding mountains - lush greenery and the Parvati River.
• Return back to campsite Have Dinner and Enjoy a musical night with Campfire.

Day: 5

• Early morning wake up Backpack and Go for Bijli Mahadev Trek.
• After Finished trek Travel towards Manali.
• Check in Hotel Have Dinner.

Day: 6

• Early morning wake up Have breakfast and check out from Hotel.
• Visit some of the local attractions in Manali Such as Hidimba Devi Temple | Mall road | Buddhist Monastery and Charming cafes.
• After Finished Major attractions of Manali We will start the return journey towards Pathankot.
• Night journey by Traveler/Car/Bus.

Day: 7

• Morning we reach at Pathankot & its time to head back to our places with best memories
• We will travel from Pathankot to Gandhinagar via Train.

Day: 8

• Arrival at Gandhinagar Junction by afternoon.
• Bye Bye with unforgotten memories and bunch of photos.

• Transportation from Vadodara by ST Bus.
• Gandhinagar to Pathankot by Train (Sleeper class non ac) & Pathankot to Kasol | Manali by Traveler/Taxi/Winger.
• Food - Campsite to Campsite (04 Breakfast | 03 Dinner)
• Stay in "Swiss Tent and Hotel" on sharing basis.
• Instructor/Guide Charges.
• All taxes | Driver Allowance | Parking Charge.
• Campfire and Music.
• First aid support.

• Food during Travel and Sightseeing.
• Adventure Activities Expenses/Charges.
• Internal Travelling and Local Transportation.
• Sightseeing Entry Fees if any.

• Rohtang Pass and Sissu visit by own cost.

• 75-85L travel bag pack with rain cover + 20L bag for sightseeing.

• Sunglasses for UV protection.
• Sunscreen Lotion.
• Snacks | Chocolates and or ORS Powder.
• Sports/Trekking shoes.

• Any Prescribed or special medications.
• Plastic bags for wet Clothes.
• Torch + Camera + Power banks.

• This is not a leisure tour it's a adventure camp so we expect a little bit of discipline.
• Participants will have to follow the rules and regulation given by the leader.
• Alcohol | Smoking | Tobacco and Abusive language are strictly prohibited in Hotel/Campsite area and travel route.
• In case of unforeseen conditions the schedule can be change or it can be modify if the expense is increase then participants will be paid extra amount decided by the Peakhikers team.
• The final decision taken by the leader and office authorities.
• Any activity will happen like accident than our team will not be responsible. The sufficient participant are not register then the camp are cancelled. The camp are cancelled then the participant change their dates or change their camp.

• Please note that the hotel check-in time is at 12:00 pm and the check-out time is at 11:00 am.
• During snowfall if our Traveler stuck then local transport(4*4) is at your own cost by Participants. Company will not pay for other vehicle other then allotted by us.
• Volunteer/Instructor information gives you 12 hours before your camp.
• Please complete your total fees before 5 Days of the camp.
• Please check your “Train Tickets” in advance if any mistake immediately call the office after that we will not be responsible.
• CANCELLATION POLLCY
• Cancellation would be given by the Peakhiker's office on receiving cancellation request through registered mail ID only. The cancellation amount will be counted on total fees only. The refund amount will be paid in 10 to 15 working days through an AC payee cheque. This cancellation policy explains how we handle participant's returns.
• Refund police are given below.....
• Registration amount 50% are not refundable
• If you are cancel your registration before 20 days then we are giving 25 % refund on total amount.
• If you are cancel your registration before 5 to 19 days then we are giving 10 % refund on total amount.
• If you are cancel your registration before 0 to 4 days then we are giving no refund.
• If you are cancel your trek / trip and then again you want to come in the trek / trip so your registration process start from the first
• Your seat are not transfer to the another personal.
