MANALI TREKKING CAMP

Day: 1

• Traveling from Vadodara by ST Bus – From Central Bus Depot.
• Reporting at Gandhinagar Capital Junction. (Reporting Time: 10:30 AM)
• The instructor will brief about the Train journey and travel safety.
• The train journey starts from Gandhinagar to Pathankot.
• Overnight train journey. (27 hour train Journey)

Day: 2

• Participants will reach Pathankot by afternoon.
• Participants will have some free time to explore the Pathankot market.
• By evening we will depart for Manali having on overnight journey.

Day: 3

• Early morning arrival at Manali Campsite.
• After Breakfast enjoy team building activities.
• Post lunch we will go for the acclimatization walk.
• Ending the day with Bonfire and Music Night. (Stay: Base Camp | Food: Breakfast Lunch Dinner)

Day: 4

• Begin your day with a tasty breakfast.
• Then go on a 5-6 hour trek from Gulaba to the Raoli Kholi advance base camp.
• Overnight stay at Advance Base Camp (Food: Breakfast Lunch Dinner)

Day: 5

• Trek towards the beautiful Bhrigu Lake situated between the lap of Himalayas at 14000 ft height.
• After successful summit Back to ABC and Night Stay. (Food: Breakfast | Lunch | Dinner)

Day: 6

• Participants will trek down Manali
• Reaching at Campsite.
• Gearup for adventure activities i.e. River Rafting | Paragliding.(Stay: Base Camp | Food: Breakfast Lunch Dinner)

Day: 7

• Participants are free to explore Manali.
• You can visit Vashishtha Temple | Hidimba devi Temple | Mall Road | Buddhist Monastery and Much More…
• Collect your baggage & Depart for Pathankot having overnight journey. (Food: Breakfast)

Day: 8

• By morning we reach at Pathankot & its time head back to our places with everlasting memories.
• We will travel from Pathankot to Gandhinagar by Train.

Day: 9

• Approximate Time Arrival – 02:00 PM at Gandhinagar Jn.
• We will travel towards Vadodara by ST bus.
• This will be the end of the beautiful journey and participants will disperse the station.

• Advance Base Camp.

• Trekking/Hiking.

• Transportation from Vadodara by ST Bus.
• Gandhinagar to Pathankot by Train (Sleeper class non ac) & Pathankot to Manali by Traveler/Taxi/Winger.
• Food - (Campsite To Campsite) Simple & Healthy Vegetarian food will be provided.
• Stay will be provided in tent on sharing basis.
• Base Camp (Swiss tent with attached washroom)
• Advance camp (Dome or Alpine Tent)
• Instructor/Guide Charges.
• All taxes | Driver Allowance | Parking Charge.
• First aid support.

• Food during Travel and Sightseeing.
• Local transportation cost. Adventure Activities Expenses/Charges.

• Jacket or Sweater Winter wear. (-5 degree temperature)
• 70-85 Ltr trekking bag pack (with rain cover) + 20 Ltr bag.(Required only for during trek)
• 2 pair of thermal wear.
• 4 pair of woolen socks - woolen gloves and woolen Cap.
• Dark Sunglass (with uv protection if have)
• Winter cream lotion and sun screen lotion.
• Snacks | Chocolate and ORS powder.
• Blanket & Bed sheet.
• Sports/Trekking shoes with good rubber grip.
• Must carry any original id proof. (Don't take color copy) & 3 Xerox.
• 01 thermo steel water bottle for hot water.
• We have medical kit during trek but although medical kit if have any special problem/disease.
• Plastic bags for wet clothes and Toilet paper.
• Torch + Camera + power bank.

• This is not a leisure tour it's a trekking camp so we expect a little bit of discipline.
• Participants will have to follow the rules and regulation given by the trek leader.
• Alcohol smoking tobacco and abusive language are strictly prohibited in campsite area and trekking route.
• In case of unforeseen conditions the schedule can be change or it can be modify if the expense is increase then participants will be paid extra amount decided by the Peakhikers team.
• The final decision taken by the trek leader and office authorities.
• Any activity will happen like accident than our team will not be responsible.
• The sufficient participant are not register then the camp are cancelled.The camp are cancelled then the participant change their dates or change their camp.

• Volunteer/Instructor information give you 12 hour before the your camp. Trek leader meet you at Base Camp.
• Please submit the application form to the Sankri/Kotgaon Base Camp.
• Please completed your total fees before 5 Days of the camp.

• CANCELLATION POLLCY
• Cancellation would be given by the Peak hiker's office on receiving cancellation request through registered mail ID only. The cancellation Amount will be counted on total fees only. The refund amount will be paid in 10 to 15 working days through an AC payee cheque. This cancellation policy explains how we handle participant's returns. Peak hikers India will make every effort to refer refund requests to you . If you are cancel the registration on any camp then your.

• Registration amount are 50% or not refundable
• If you are cancel your registration before 20 days then we are giving 25 % refund on total amount.
• If you are cancel your registration before 5 to 19 days then we are giving 10 % refund on total amount.
• If you are cancel your registration before 0 to 4 days then we are giving no refund.
• If you are cancel your trek / trip and then again you want to come in the trek / trip so your registration process start from the first.
