SAPUTARA CAMP

Day: 0

• Departure from Vadodara
• (The camp will depart on the previous night from Vadodara 01:00 AM.)
• Pick-up Point: Opposite Sayajiganj police station, nr. MSU gate.

Day: 1

• Sunset Trek & Team building
• In the morning we will reach the Saputara campsite, get tent allotment & have breakfast.
• Free time to get fresh & some team-building activities.
• After lunch, trek to Sunset Point or a small jungle trek.
• In the evening, reach back to the campsite & have dinner.
• After dinner, followed by a fun Garba.
• (Meals Included: Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner)

Day: 2

• Governor Hill Trek & Market Visit
• The day will begin with an early morning breakfast, followed by departure for the Governor Hill trek.
• The trek will start from Table Top Point. Enjoy the scenic views of the Sahyadri Mountain Range and breathtaking panoramic landscapes.
• At the end of the trek, we will capture memorable group photographs.
• After enjoying the beautiful hill views, we will return to Table Top Point / campsite for a delicious lunch and some rest.
• Post lunch, we will visit the Saputara local sightseeing attractions, Like; The lake, Market, Step Garden, Fish Aquarium, Boating, Rose Garden, and adventure activities.
• After completing the sightseeing, we will return to the campsite.
• Enjoy dinner followed by a musical Garba and dance night.

Day: 3

• Back to our Hometown
• Wake up early in the morning and freshen up.
• After breakfast, pack your luggage and check out from the campsite.
• While returning, we will visit Gira Waterfall and Waghai Botanical Garden en route.
• After the visit, we will continue our journey towards our hometown.
• Late-night arrival at Vadodara with unforgettable memories and lots of beautiful photographs.

• This is not a leisure tour it's a trekking camp so we expect a little bit of discipline.
• Participants will have to follow the rules and regulation given by the trek leader.
• Alcohol smoking tobacco and abusive language are strictly prohibited in campsite area and trekking route.
• In case of unforeseen conditions the schedule can be change or it can be modify if the expense is increase then participants will be paid extra amount decided by the Peakhikers team.
• The final decision taken by the trek leader and office authorities.
• Any activity will happen like accident than our team will not be responsible.
• The sufficient participant are not register then the camp are cancelled.
• The camp are cancelled then the participant change their dates or change their camp.

• If you cancel your trek/trip and later decide to rejoin, you must complete the registration process from the beginning.
• Seats are non-transferable to another person.
• Volunteer/Instructor information give you 12 hour before the your camp.
• Please submit the application form to the office.
• Please completed your total fees before 1 Days of the camp.
• CANCELLATION POLLCY :
• Cancellation requests will be accepted only via registered email sent to the Peakhiker’s office.
• The cancellation amount will be calculated based on the total fees only. Refunds will be processed within 10 to 15 working days via an account payee cheque.
• This policy outlines how participant refunds are managed. Peakhikers India will make every effort to process refunds, if applicable. If you cancel your registration for any camp, the following refund rules apply :
• REFUND RULES :
• 50% of the registration amount is non-refundable under any circumstance.
• If you cancel more than 20 days before the event, you will receive a 25% refund of the total amount.
• If you cancel your registration 5 to 19 days before the event, you will receive a 10% refund of the total amount.
• If you cancel within 4 days of the event, no refund will be issued.
