• Reporting Place: Sabarmati Junction.
• Reach the Railway Station 45 minutes before your train departure time.
• Overnight journey by Train.

Day: 1

• Continue train journey towards Haridwar / Rishikesh.

Day: 2

• Arrival at Rishikesh Junction in the morning. Check in at Rishikesh Hotel.
• This will be a free day at Rishikesh. You can explore many places in Rishikesh by own cost. Like; Ganga Aarti, Raj Jhula, Janki Jhula, Market and much more….
• Have a dinner at hotel and rest.
• Stay: Rishikesh
• Food: Dinner

Day: 3

• Your Pickup will be from Rishikesh, around 8 AM in the morning. From there your Journey will start and you will embark on an approximately 270 km scenic drive to reach Govindghat. Your arrival will be followed by Dinner and a detailed briefing about your trek from our Experienced and Certified Trek Leaders. Rest well and Prepare for your Trek.
• Overnight stay at Joshimath/Govindghat Guesthouse/Homestay.
• Food: Breakfast and Dinner

Day: 4

• After an early morning breakfast get ready to start your adventure. Embark on an approximately 9 km drive to Pulna Village. From Pulna your Trekking Journey will start. Today you will be trekking for approximately 9km to reach Ghangaria Village. The trail follows the Pushpawati river, offering beautiful views of the valley.
• After reaching Ghangaria, check-in at our Guest house.
• Overnight Stay at Ghangaria Guesthouse/Homestay.
• Food: Breakfast, Pack Lunch, Dinner

Day: 5

• This will be a long day as your will be visiting the main highlight of the trek, Valley of Flowers.
• After an early breakfast, trek towards the Valley of Flowers National Park. Today’s trekking distance would be around 7 km. The valley is filled with vibrant alpine flowers like Blue Poppies, Brahma Kamal, and Primulas. Spend a few hours exploring the valley and soak in the scenic views. Remember to get out of the valley by 5 PM as that is the closing time of the national park. Return back to Ghangaria.
• Overnight Stay at Ghangaria Guesthouse/Homestay.
• Food: Breakfast, Pack Lunch, Dinner

Day: 6

• Have an early morning breakfast and start your trek to Hemkund Sahib, one of the Highest Gurudwara in the world. Today’s trekking distance would be around 12 km. The trail is steep but rewarding with stunning views of glaciers and a serene Hemkund Lake. Visit the Gurudwara and Laxman Temple and soak in the Serenity of this Peaceful location, and enjoy hot tea & langar.
• Trek back to Ghangaria.
• Overnight Stay at Ghangaria Guesthouse
• Food: Breakfast, Pack Lunch, Dinner

Day: 7

• Trek back from Ghangaria back to Pulna.
• Drive to Joshimath via road transport.
• Overnight stay at a hotel.
• Food: Breakfast & Dinner

Day: 8

• Depart early morning for Haridwar. Reach by late night.
• Check in and overnight stay (Haridwar)
• Food: Breakfast

Day: 9

• Explore Haridwar sightseeing by own cost.
• Board night train to hometown.
• overnight train journey.
• Food: Breakfast

• Continue train journey

• Arrival at our hometown with unforgettable memories and bunch of photos.

• Train Tickets: Ahmedabad to Rishikesh by (non AC sleeper class train)
• Road Transport: by non AC Traveler(2*1) / Taxi / Car. - (As per preference & group size)
• Food: As per itinerary (Breakfast, Pack Lunch/Snacks, Dinner) - Food will be provide in hotel stay and during trek.
• Stay: 7 Nights stay on sharing basis as per itinerary. (Hotel / Home Stay) - Basic standard category room (3/4 Sharing Room) - 1N Rishikesh, 2N Joshimath/Govindghat, 3N Ghangaria, 1N Haridwar

• This is not a leisure tour it's a adventure camp so we expect a little bit of discipline.
• Participants will have to follow the rules and regulation given by the leader.
• Train schedules, routes, seat allocation, delays or cancellations are entirely under IRCTC, Company is not responsible for any changes or consequences arising from them.
• Alcohol | Smoking | Tobacco and Abusive language are strictly prohibited in Hotel/Campsite area and travel route.
• In case of unforeseen conditions the schedule can be change or it can be modify if the expense is increase then participants will be paid extra amount decided by the Peakhikers team.
• The final decision taken by the leader and office authorities.
• Any activity will happen like accident than our team will not be responsible. The sufficient participant are not register then the camp are cancelled. The camp are cancelled then the participant change their dates or change their camp.

• Please note that the hotel check-in time is at 12:00 pm and the check-out time is at 11:00 am.
• During snowfall if our Traveler stuck then local transport(4*4) is at your own cost by Participants. Company will not pay for other vehicle other then allotted by us.
• Volunteer/Instructor information gives you 12 hours before your camp.
• Please complete your total fees before 3 Days of the camp.
• Please check your “Train Tickets” in advance if any mistake immediately call the office after that we will not be responsible.
• CANCELLATION POLLCY
• Cancellation would be given by the Peakhiker's office on receiving cancellation request through registered mail ID only. The cancellation amount will be counted on total fees only. The refund amount will be paid in 10 to 15 working days through an AC payee cheque. This cancellation policy explains how we handle participant's returns.

• Boooking amount are not refundable.
• If you are cancel your registration before 20 days then we are giving 25 % refund on total amount.
• If you are cancel your registration before 5 to 19 days then we are giving 10 % refund on total amount.
• If you are cancel your registration before 0 to 4 days then we are giving no refund.
• If you are cancel your trek / trip and then again you want to come in the trek / trip so your registration process start from the first
• Your seat are not transfer to the another person.
