Day: 1
- Reporting Place: PEAK HIKERS OFFICE - VADODARA (Reporting Time: 5:00 AM).
- Campsite(Reporting time: 7:30 AM).
- Training.
- Download the brochure and read all the details.

- This is not a trekking camp it's a training camp so we expect a little bit of discipline.
- Participants will have to follow the rules and regulation given by the leader.
- Alcohol | Smoking | Tobacco and abusive language are strictly prohibited in training area and trekking route.
- In case of unforeseen conditions the schedule can be changed or it can be modified, if the expense is increased then participants will have to pay an extra amount decided by the Peakhikers team.
- The final decision will be taken by the leader and office authorities.
- If any activity like accident happens than our team will not be responsible.
- If sufficient participants are not registered then the camp will be cancelled.If the camp is cancelled then the participant can change their dates or their camp.

- Instructor/Transport information will be given to you 12 hours before camp.
- Please submit the application form to the office.
- Please complete your full payment before 1 Day of the camp.
- CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation requests will be accepted only via registered email sent to the Peakhiker’s office. The cancellation amount will be calculated based on the total fees only. Refunds will be processed within 10 to 15 working days via an account payee cheque. Peakhiker India will make every effort to process refunds, if applicable. This policy outlines how participant refunds are managed. If you cancel your registration for any camp, the following refund rules apply :
- REFUND RULES :
- Registration amount is non refundable.
- If you cancel your registration before 20 days then we are giving 25 % refund on total amount.
- If you cancel your registration before 5 to 19 days then we are giving 10 % refund on total amount.
- If you cancel your registration before 0 to 4 days then we are giving no refund.
- If you cancel your trek/trip and later decide to rejoin, you must complete the registration process from the beginning.
- Seats are non-transferable to another person.
